XRD diffraction

SBA-15 has a two-dimensional hexagonal through-hole structure with a P3mm space group. In the XRD diffraction pattern, the main peak is around 1°, which is (10) crystal face peak. The second strongest peaks are (11) and (20) respectively. Other peaks are weaker and less visible. In addition, silica on the SBA-15 skeleton is generally amorphous, and no obvious diffraction peak can be observed in wide-angle XRD diffraction. Nearby, is (10) crystal face peak.
