Today, let's share some knowledge of X-ray diffractometer operation, mainly in the following aspects.
一、 Turn on
1. Check whether the XRD instrument is normal and whether the cooling water circulating machine is leaking;
2. Turn on the wall power supply, cooling water circulating machine, and then turn on the XRD system power supply (orange on the right close) and preheat for 10-15 minutes.
二、Sample preparation and testing
1. Prepare the sample and put it into the equipment sample fixture;
2. Turn on the computer and open the desktop shortcut of the software;
3. Click successively:
"Control" - "Manual control" - "Online" - "Close";
"Collection" - "Scan parameter Settings", parameter Settings;
Scanning mode - continuous; Drive mode one double shaft;
Starting Angle - not less than 1 degree; Termination Angle - No more than 140 degrees.
Starting Angle - not less than 1 degree; Termination Angle - No more than 140 degrees.
The default pipe pressure is 30KV, the pipe flow is 20MA, if you need to modify, please contact the responsible personnel.
4. Click "Apply" to start the XRD pattern test;
5. When "End of work" is displayed, click "OK" and then "Save spectrum" to save the data:
6. When multiple samples are continuously measured, the sample can be changed at this time and then tested:
If you do not need to change the parameters to continue the test, click "Start scanning" to continue the test:
To change scan parameters, click Scan Parameters to reset the parameters.
三、 Turn off
1. After the test, turn off the software and the power supply of the XRD system successively;
2. After 15 minutes, turn off the cooling water circulating machine and wall power supply.
