Overview
TD series X-ray crystal analyzer is a kind of large-scale analytical instrument for studying the internal microstructure of materials. It ismainly used in single crystal orientation, defect inspection, lattice parameters measurement, residual stress measurement, structure study of bar, structure study of unknow substance and single crystal dislocation.
Characteristics
TD series crystal analyzers use vertical sleeves, and four windows can be used at the same time. The imported PLC control technology has high precision and good anti-interference, which can realize the reliable operation of the system. PLC controls the switching and lifting of high voltage. It has the function of automatically training X-ray tube, effectively prolonging the service life of X-ray tube and instrument.
