Capillary transmission model

Due to the different crystallization conditions, the particles of powder drug samples will have different morphologies. As shown in Figure 1 below, Figure 1 (left) and Figure 1 (right) are apis of the same drug, but the morphology of the particles is different.

1. Capillary transmission test

In order to eliminate the preferred orientation, rotational capillary transmission tests were performed on both samples. The test results are shown in Figure 3 below. It can be seen from Figure 3 that the test results of the two samples under the rotating capillary transmission mode are consistent. It is further proved that the rotational capillary transmission method can effectively eliminate the preferred orientation.
