Application of XRD in the field of superhard materials and products

Superhard materials and their products mainly include diamond, cubic boron nitride, PCD, PCBN, superhard abrasive tools with high hardness, high wear resistance characteristics of a large class of materials, widely used in machining cutting, grinding, polishing processes. By using X-ray diffractometer, the types of abrasives in abrasives can be judged, the binders and various additives in abrasives can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, and the lattice parameters and crystal sizes can also be obtained.
